I will be posting healthier recipes for delicious meals you love to eat, but feel guilty about later.  I’ll inform you on using substitute ingredients to make foods more guilt-free.

I will also post easy tips to help you on your healthy conquest!

Along with tips and recipes to directly help you and your appetite, I will post about this issue and how relevant it is in our society.  Weight and food are huge issues we are bombarded with everyday.  The goal of this blog is to bring awareness on healthy food options and being health conscious.
