Tortillas (multigrain)- you save 40 calories
Shredded cheddar cheese (reduced fat)- saves half the calories
if you must have sour cream, make sure it’s Daisy lite (it’s a third fewer calories and half the fat)
Assemble the ingredients to your liking.
This is an easy meal to prepare, and is affordable.
