Currently, I am following Kaitlin With Honey

Her blog for today consisted of her 3 meals

Breakfast a combination of:

  • 1/2 cup 0% plain greek yogurt
  • strawberries
  • blackberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • ~1 tbs sunflower seed butter

Lunch: curry socca and thai stir-fried vegetables

Dinner: an omlet with microwave vegetables and shredded cheese

Although I do enjoy her blog and encourage people to check it out, I wish she would expand more.

I know I do the same mistake of just talking about what I’m doing, but I want more of the blog to relate to me or something else I know about.

SO WHAT?

I know she is blogging about what she eats because of her healthy lifestyle… but I felt disconnected.

I wanted a surprise– something to interest me and draw me into her blog.

I do enjoy seeing some of her healthy food choices

I should probably learn from my own advice.

Hopefully my recipes and tips for all you college hungry eaters  will be more interesting and helpful after this!

Remember to keep this advice when writing your blogs.  It’s always easier to give advice then to take it!
